Halo is an athlete from Everest Taekwondo and has been competing since 2021. I also tried and loved soccer when I was in elementary and middle school.
There are so many sports young kids can try and I suggest they explore as many as they can! They learn things beyond the sports—like teamwork, leadership, respect, and discipline. Once you get into a sport, your teammates become like a family, and that’s what’s makes the experience even more special.”
